✔ TV

✔ Wi-Fi

✔  heating system

✔ sunny terrace in the back and the garden to use

bed-linen, table-cloth, towels for kitchen and bathroom

(please bring beach towel with you)

Please ask for a cot, if needed.

Even ask for using the garage although you have a free parking space in front of the house.

The price:

summer                                                                                 night  65,00 €

1. April- 30. November

winter                                                                                     night 80,00 €

1. 1.December- 31.March
   

minimum stay 3 nights

The price includes electricity, heating, towels and bed-linen and the waste.

Not included is the visitor´s tax:

Person/day                                                     1,44€    (16.06.-15.09.)

                                                                       1,30 €    (rest of the year)

Children and teenager up to the end of the year of their 17. birth-day are free of charge.

use of the garage/day                                                          5,00 € 

A cot for children is possible.
